rambo v1.3 atx help needed

I know on the Rambo 1.3 board to hook up an atx remotely it is pin 4 but where is pin 4 on the board, the schematics mean nothing to me, was easy on a ramps board but not so on the rambo

clearly labelled as PS ON in dark blue squares, same label as on the ramps. Just to the right of the main chip
