Extrusion multiplier not working.

I have overextrusion problem in Zmorph. In dedicated software I just adjust filament diameter and everything is fine. Although I prefer to use slic3r and the problem is that changing extrusion multiplier or filament diameter doesnt affect the print at all. Both gcodes in attachmnts. Any ideas?

ps. I deleted most of voxelizers gcode because it was ridicolously large. No idea why...

OK, I realised that the problem is in slic3r. Changing filament diameter and extrusion multiplier generates exactly the same gcode. Why is that? Do I have to check something to make these parameter affect the gcode?

Your gcode indicates 2 extruders and that you're adjusting the extrusion multiplier for the second extruder but not the first.

If you have only one extruder you'd better tell slicer that.
