Micromake C1 Prusa i3 H-bot with x and z axis

Sorry my English is not very good.

I am from the Chinese team.

Micromake develops and distributes 3D printers that produce and sell delta structures.

I used the H-bot with x and z axis to change the structure of the Prusa i3 to get an unexpected effect.

At the manufacturing cost, it is cheaper than the Prusa i3, eliminating the need for a motor without a screw and an optical axis, but a direct frame pulley drive.

This is the advantage of this 3D printer, and it took me a long time to streamline his design and improve it.
Now he has a size of 245 * 245 * 260MM

Using the least pulleys and transmission parts, very easy to build, because the natural design advantage, you can spend less money to get him.

Users can get their own changes in this structure on the modified, it will be a very good 3D printer transformation platform, adding many features.

This is an original design, hope can be respected. In the improvement process I spent a lot of time experience and money.

Now I would like to share more details for everyone, hoping to help me create Wiki accounts.

Original 2

Now the print is very good, the structure is simple enough.

This 3D printer I have started selling in China, and constantly improve, I hope to hear more comments and willing to accept the views and improve, let me sell this product to more users.

In China, manufacturing costs are low, and because he is light enough, in many countries around the world can be easily obtained.

Also welcome to join us to discuss and improve my design.

Micromake C1 - First Aid Kit (modifications)

STL files: Y-Motor Mount, Y-Axis Extended, V-Slot Universal Plate, T-Slot Cover, Frame Corner, Filament Cooler, Effector Plate, Corner Plate, Upper Bearing Holder, Cable Clip, M3 T-nut, Y Bearing Mount, LCD front panel, z-height, linear guided effector plate & Efector Cable Holder

Linead guided effector plate update with 310mm Miniature Linear Rail Guide CPC MR9MN
(works even with 8, 10,12mm linear guide)

Filament Cooling - just connect your extra fan to (FAN L) slot & control by slicing software

Marlin firmwares...
OBS!!! reflash your printer 2-4 times before you start to use new firmware
64steps that makes your printer (quiet)
& leveling from LCD screen without PC
V.1 64steps uses 4 points - Manual bed leveling (from LCD screen without PC) printer works very quiet - Recommended firmware for new and advanced users
