Is it safe to house organic tanning oils in ABS plastics? I wouldn't do it with food but oils still absorb into the skin and need more info..Help

Oil is a solvent. Depending on the additives in the ABS it could happen that they get into the oil.
ABS is usually not used to package liquides, PE or PP are more common. Maybe try food grade PETG instead.

If the oil is based on crude oil (petroleum) then it will slowly dissolve, soften the ABS. If it's a plant based oil instead then it likely will be fine.
