Every thing stopped working

My printer with Mega 2560 Ramps 1.4 stopped working.

What did I do?
-turned of every thing and removed the DRV 8825 and the jumpers. Mounted a TMC2100 and turned on every thing. Now nothing works.

Tried to put back jumpers and remount DRV825 still nothing.

Ideas on what has happened.

I have a light on the Mega and also on the Ramps but no connection.

Before it was on Com 3 but now com 3 is gone.

What is your oppinion on what has happend?

Is the pins on the TMC2100 the same as the DRV825? If not you might have kill the mega board. Have you tried with a new mega?
