I've seen PLA and Nylon 3d printer bushings for x and y axes quite frequently but those get worn out pretty fast due to the constant moving. I was wondering why don't I see the same bushings on Z where the bed is supportd from 2 or 3 sides. The force on the actual bushing is very small compared to the X and Y, there is virtually no weight on it. Also no deforming in the vertical axis because no weight is pressing on it.
Do I have my facts wrong?
