Assembled my printer and checked movement using Repetier..

X, Y and Z move but the extruder motor does not run.

How do I test the extruder motor? Is there something that I can do to bypass the Repetier restriction on a cold extruder hot end?

M302 is the gcode for that override, although I don't personally know if Repetier supports it, although I would be somewhat surprised if it didn't.
