Repetier going from Idle to 7 commands waiting

Just hooked up my printer(GEEEtech Prusa i3) to my windows 7

installed this driver

When I connect the usb I get a loud buzz at my Y axis( I thought the timing belt was on too tight, but loosening doesn't stop the noise)

I also see the Y axis move a slight bit...



Whats going on??
Any help would be great.

My controller board is the GT2560

Problem solved. Had to uninstall the driver in device manager and let windows reinstall it automatically, or something along those lines....
