Extruder temperature is 0

I have the following situation:
- Structure like Mendel90
- Sanguinololu v1.3a board
Repetier Host gives the temperature of the extruder 0 ° C (if I short circuit he gives 359 ° C)
wires are ok and are measured (if connected to the connector on the bed, he called the right temperature)
Have already tried all kinds of thermistors in the firmware (-> no result)

Anyone an idea what could be wrong?

Did you assign the right board type in the firmware? Or maybe the wrong thermistor assigned in the thermistor settings?

The board type is the right one. For the thermistor i have used all types, not one gives a result. Its a thermistor from reprapworld, so I have set it at type 1 (for now).
I have read something about disabling PIDtherm and that EEprom settings can over rule this.I do not find more information on this, does anyone have experience with this?
