Someone has a link to a tutorial on how to install a fan in a delta printer hotend? I'm having troubles hanging that and I don't know where is suppose to point, the printed object or the hotend?

I'm afraid there is no tutorial for that. If there was you could've found it by yourself.

But maybe just ask here or check thingiverse, there are enough people who made fan holders.

From your name I would actually expect you to design your own, I mean, why not? It's fun! smiling smiley

Some hotends need or benefit from a fan to cool the cool end for example the E3D. Some materials such as PLA use a print cooling fan to minimize warping.
So, depending on your hotend and material tro print you may want 2 fans. One is directed on the cool end of the hotend as in [e3d-online.com]
The other is directed onto the print possibly with ducting. If you post some details of your planned printer then people could help more.
