Hello world! My name is Eric and just joined Printeable.com, the new 3d printing community and marketplace.
Can you help me to take a look of our site? I'm interested to see how can I help you.
Cheers!
Eric

Hi, my first confusion is about the name. The first thing that comes to mind is: "Shouldn't it be 'Printable'?"

So, I'm curious why you chose for the name as it is now, what is the philosophy about the name? smiling smiley

Good questionsmiling smiley
First, Printable was not available for .com, it was already taken. And secondly, as we are based on Barcelona and using Spanish, we approach the name as many Latinoamerican Spanishs people who are mixing Spanish and English. As a result, printeable comes easily... and also makes maybe strange in English but sounds good, isn't it ?

Eric, please refrain from posting into other people's thread with the only new content being a mention of your website - that might be considered spam and annoy users.

Edit : to clarify I'm refering to this post [forums.reprap.org]

Most of my technical comments should be correct, but is THIS one ?
Anyway, as a rule of thumb, always double check what people write.

Yet another community-wannabe, yet another wheel-reinvention. Not my thing.
