Thermister Tables in Marlin

I need to enter a new thermistor table in Marlin for my 500C capable pico nozzle, but I can't find thermistortable.h in the drop down menu. I can see it in the folder but when I open it, the whole config opens and I can't locate it. Any help or links appreciated.

Figured it out, just had to open it as a text file and then it opens by itself.

I am not sure, but I think thermistors don't survive >300º C.

There was a topic about this some time ago, and I remember they were talking about using thermocouples. Maybe someone has some more info on this, because it sure seems important cfeniak smiling smiley

Edit:
Ohh, I should've looked before writing, they have a new *industry first* thermistor capable of 500º!!!

What printer are you using? I am trying to install the Picos on my Mendel Tri Color but don't see the thermistortable.h in Arduino either. I also don't see it in the Marlin folder.

I did read somewhere in the Marlin firmware for my printer that it mentioned something about not using tables but I don't know why.

Please let me know if you can help me figure out this situation!?

Thanks!
