I've been wanting to turn a ShapeOko into a 3D printer for a while.
While there's a page on one technique for this on the ShapeOko wiki: [
www.shapeoko.com] it's based on a controller which few people use.
I made a page for this on the ShapeOko wiki: [
www.shapeoko.com] and linked to it from the MillStrap page.
Ideally I'd like to see some inexpensive kit which would allow one to simply bolt an extruder onto the Spindle Mount Plate (or the Universal Spindle Mounts) and source for an inexpensive electronics setup.
I'd be grateful for any assistance anyone could offer.
