If you have something to share please post it to the forum instead of trying to drive traffic to your site. What you are doing is spam, IMO.

i didn't have time enough to rewrite it in english specially for this forum
don't be so dramatic and expecting please
i just wanted to share it with so many people tha t had the same problem
next time i'll just post the video link with no comment, or maybe keep it for me and sale an expensive hotend 5x the price it cost to make

Don't be such a hardass. So what if he doesn't speak English. Don't be so ethnocentric.

how do you think it would go converting my alu hotend to a all metal one?
It does have a ptfe liner so if I took it out, there would be about 1mm gap...

using a budaschnozzle atm, works very well... but I don't want to take it up to 300c... I got to about 240-260 at the very max

i only did the aluhotend in 1.75mm i can probably send you a thermal barrier that would do the job

Thanks for posting. I see no reason why anyone would expect you to repost all that information here rather than just post your link. Very obviously not spam.

hey guys, thought id post some pics of my aluhot end,
Do you think its possible to just take out the ptfe line and crank up the heat to 290 and use it with nylon ?

here are some pictures of it

There's only one way to find out. I generally destroy about 1 hot end a month just by doing stuff you probably shouldn't do. You have to be prepared to face failure in order to meet success.

Haha your to right... oh man my budascnozzles peek is melting as we speak... think next nozzle with be e3d unless I get this bad boy working. I will report back when I try the alu hotend with out the liner

won't work, the bore will be 4mm and all it'll do is jam up, it's not designed for high temp use like that especially without the liner

bugger, I wont bother then, is there anything you could think of that might work?

could i go crazy with cooling the heat sink and try 280c ?
does the liner go all the way down?

the liner goes all the way down , there probably isn't much that can be done without getting a e3d for high temp 3mm use, i'm not going to venture into high temp 3mm land as it is i may stop producing 3mm hotends all together

I had nothing but trouble with my Magma Hot end.. I really think it had a machining issue or something, it wouldn't extrude properly. I finally gave up and ordered an E3D and it's been smooth sailing ever since. I've heard a lot of people have had good luck with this air deflector: [www.thingiverse.com] but that's for the MakerFarm I3 only.

I really think that it's odd that the inner tube only contacts the heatsink at the very top. It can transfer heat but probably not all that well towards the bottom.

My printer all running , except one that I don't have a reliable hot end.
Meaning, my printer is a white elephant now.

I bought one, regretted it. Wished I've read this before I actually made the purchase.

Currently I am designing my own hot end.

its so annoying having a jamming hotend, it was worse for me like 2 years ago and i was just getting into reprap, i thought all sorts of weird stupid things to why i had inconsistent flow
Budaschnozzle is great, easy to clean if you get junk inside, I just want an e3d already tho.
