X & Y pulley moulds

Hi. The documentation for assembling Darwin [http://reprap.org/bin/view/Main/AssemblingDarwinMachinery] refers to an X blade (or collar) and a Y blade (or collar). The stl file from sourceforge is labled as "Pulley-mould-XY-belt-collar" -- does this mean that X and Y are now interchangable?

Also -- is there an overall model of the assembled reprap somewhere online?

This is a rhetorical question, isn't it..

The blades and collars are different parts.

The collars go round the belt and are the same for X & Y because the pulleys are the same outer diameter.

The blades centre the spike that makes the axel hole. They are different for X and Y becasuse the Y shaft is 8mm and the X shaft is 6mm.

The zip file with the STL models also has STEP and IGES models of the complete assembly.

Why do the pulley shafts have different diameters?

The X pulley is mounted directly on the motor shaft so it is 6mm. The Y pulleys are mounted on 8mm rods that span the machine. 6mm rods would not be stiff enough.
