can you print the shark again, and leave it on the print bed and then take an image? there may be some mechanical issues, but you can slow down feedrate and it should resolve most of it.

What printer is that on? Is it by chance a Printrbot Simple? If so, there are a number of threads on printrbottalk.com about this issue.

the issue could be mechanical. showing us a picture of the part and the printer it is running on after the object prints will be helpful in troubleshooting possible mechanical failure.

slow down acceleration on x/y axis. the tail of the shark has ruff stepped edges which means it does not skip evenly across the layers. there is a part in the video to the left of the fin, that accelerates rapidly. i think this is where the skipping is occurring. it is either mechanical such as loose pulleys, loose belt, or motor not tight enough on pulley. if those have been checked then slow down your acceleration in configuration.h file. make sure max speed for z is 3mm/s or 180mm/m and that acceleration is lowered to 3000 from 5000 on x/y axis. also lower jerk speed to say 15 for x/y axis. at the very least you want to half the settings of acceleration and see if that helps. z axis speed is to assure you are getting proper height per layer.
