Working my Minions hard today.... The first shipment of Prusa i3 parts arrived.




Wot The Fun !

There'll be a lot going on here over the next few weeks... just hope all runs smoothishly...




We started with a little Q.C (quality control) & noticed the Alloy frame has a big scratch along it...

Is it ok to sand down aluminium. Tis looks like its raw material straight from the factory.
I wonder what grade paper I (we) should use ?

Yup.. we're getting pretty excited to be finally putting together our first RepRap... now where does it all go ??

b.t.w..... that's Darwin with the top hat .. he sorta feels he's taking control .. he sure seems pretty intrigued with the motor.. you'd think he's never seen one before....
reckons he's got this whole Einstein thing sorted...
